Interior fittings
Your valuable products require careful handling. To offer optimum protection we develop custom-made foam fillings or supports, produced with plastic or lightweight metal. This makes transportation damage a thing of the past and your products arrive at the client in perfect condition.
- Foam: We advise you on the most suitable foam type for the packaging assignment, taking into account your requirements and the vulnerability of the product. If desired, we are also able to test the packaging around your product in our own laboratory. We produce single pieces to large series on our 3D Cad and Cam machines.
- Receptacles: Vulnerable products that, for example, may only be supported at certain points, entail special requirements in terms of packaging. These plastic or aluminium supports are also produced in-house. The photos show various possibilities.
