The FB20 for fixed transport

The FB20 PalletBox is suitable for the transport of products that have to be secured while on the move. The base of the FB20 PalletBox has four built-in lugs so that the products can be held in place using securing straps.

Euro and US pallet sizes

This special box has standard dimensions based on the Euro and US pallet size: 1200 x 800 and 1200 x 1000 mm. The FB20 PalletBox is of modular design with a variable height. The box components are easy to connect together. Storage volume is cut by two-thirds because the box parts are stored separately instead of as a whole.

The box

The durable, sturdy Fawic locking system can withstand all kinds of external influences. During transport, our boxes are really put to the test, but they are more than up to the job. They can consist of panels made of various materials up to 20 mm thick. The FB20 PalletBox offers the best possible protection for all your shipments. The patented locking system is dust and splashproof.

Return and re-use
The panels can be folded down completely flat and attached to the same pallet with a minimum of transport space. They can then be returned to the sender to be used again, either for a new shipment or to create additional storage capacity. Components are the same for every type of box and are available from stock.

Applications
The FB20 PalletBox is suitable for the transport of components from the entire production chain. The box can be used in all process phases up to the final product.
